Orders

  • Can I cancel my order before it’s shipped ?

    Yes, except if it’s a custom piece that’s already put in production. Contact us and we will check what we can do.

  • I have problems with my order.

    It can happen, contact us via e-mail and we will see what we can do about it.

Payments

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your informations with any third parties. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

  • Can I pay with another currency?

    All our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Your payment provider will convert your payment to your local currency. We have a built in currency converter on the site, but this is a guide only; you need to check with your preferred payment method as some of them charge a small fee for the conversion.

Shipping

  • Why do i have to pay another fee for the customs?

    Your country may have additional VAT, Import, and Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees and don’t have info on how fees work in different countries. The customs department in your country may require you to pay import fees when you receive your package.

  • Why is it taking so long?

    Sometimes, package takes longer to arrive or are stuck at customs, we have no control over thoses situations. Please contact us if you haven't received your order after a month.

Taxes in sales

  • How does the taxes / VAT on my order is calculated?

    They are determined by your shipping address - and may be added depending on your state/city and their rates and requirements.
